Milk Powder Barfi

Milk powder barfi is very easy to make. To make it, heat milk and ghee in a pan and then slowly add milk powder. Now add sugar powder and cardamom and cook for 2-3 minutes. When the mixture starts to thicken, put it on a plate with ghee. Now spread this mixture completely and add pistachios on top and press it lightly. Now keep it to cool down. Besan Ladoo

To make besan ladoos, first sieve the gram flour. After this, heat the ghee in a pan and add sugar along with the gram flour and fry till it turns brown. When the gram flour is well roasted, add saffron, nutmeg, and cardamom powder and mix it well. Now keep this mixture to cool down. Now make small ladoos of this mixture. When it becomes lukewarm, add sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix it well. Now apply ghee on the surface of this mixture to make it smooth. After this, press the mixture well. Then grate the almonds from the top and also press the almonds into the mix. After this, keep the Kalakand in the fridge for two hours.
