Mobile applications rule our lives from the tiny widgets and screens that come with so many out of box capabilities and legacy customer experience features. The world of intuitive mobile apps has not only made our lives easy and exciting but also offered us with the opportunity to stay connected to our friends, families, colleagues, and the world in general. For a world class cab hailing apps like Uber or Lyft, or a food delivery app like Zomato / Swiggy, or a unique dating app like Tinder, the main objective of each of these apps is – serving customers with an authentic product experience and answering their needs without diluting with floundering self-hitting goals.
